The last paragraph is positive and negative.
Lower production outlook over time if limited to the existing pits (because of minimal oxide ore left, only hard ore).
But that can be negated by additional mining areas. I guess quartz lease would count - so positive in the short term. And the large exploration licenses help, as long as it comes with hassle-free mining licenses where required.
