If anything, it shows the management don't have the skills necessary to navigate the political subtleties of the thai economy. If one is operating a company in a developing country with an aim to profit (as opposed to achieving political aims), one ought to avoid accusing government of corruption or incompetence. What the system was, is, and if you don't like it, don't start a company there in the first place. Good working relations with all parties and respect for authority is as important as following the law.
