This is loose change stuff. CASG language used is encouraging IMO. They acknowledge it is a deficiency with materials supplier but don't seem to be gunning for Austal, nor I assume is the Dept who will no doubt maintain their silence.
Occasionally you get a bad egg when baking a cake. As long as you figure it out before the cake is baked and served, the loss is minimal and your reputation remains intact. Glad that Austal has good quality control checks in place.
