share price has fallen off the chart, now imo is the best time to buy a couple.

tradeable shares 53mm, market cap $4.4mm

cash on hand $6.2mm..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(last quarterly).

so as you can see, now placements required for some time..
