So who obtained the 28Mill shares in the insto placement.
I only see 21Mill or so in the top 20 and many were there from before the placement.
Don't tell me the Chinese placed them with heaps of small clients.
I thought the management went to the Chinese to stabilise the SP and have some long term investors. Hard to see how that's the case when there aren't many substantial holders on the top 20.
Is that another mistake by management or did I miss something?
