Its a bargain at these levels, and its dropping today on low volume, which I don't see as a real concern.

I think it is always wise to accumulate good value in the absence of any fundamental reason behind a drop in sp.

I don't think that having bundles of cash is necessarilly a bad thing, and just because they haven't been seen to be doing anything with it, doesn't mean there is nothing going on behind the scenes. BPC has excellent management, and they know how to make money!
