Excellent piece of work and knowledge thanks. This is the reason I invest in property, as they usually only go up and down over periodic cycles which can be more easily read and researched.
Thanks again, hopefully the trade war between US and China is over for the present time, and we can see the SP settle on a more reasonable level.
