    I am starting to think the same thing. If it proves that the EXT directors have been working with Kalahari directors to make it a cheap takeover then I am going to be peeved to say the least.

    I will be calling the company to discuss this.

    I am also questioning why the Kalahari director had to join the EXT board, what was the need for that?
