On the Austrian news front, it is not all rosy. There is opposition, including on an endangered species protection angle.
The story goes your way when ADX actually shows that it has the funds to bring forward any of their projects - which has yet to occur.
If no funding within the next 60 days, they will have to go to shareholders again (or do a dilutive convert). The question is how much dilution.
