My criticism applies to both sides of the fence. Some of these executives are more culpable than the rank and file worker . It annoys me when I see bonuses being handed out like a bag of jelly beans . Having been the owner of my company not an over paid executive bonuses were paid out as a reward for achievement or when a worker was observed going the extra hard yard and those who didn't would have been told on inquiry the reason they were lacking . Now days it appears everyone expects a bonus regardless of performance and grizzle like shit when it doesn't happen.
