I think the ACCC recommendation to open up product prices to third parties via API could be a game changer. Think of a website or an app where you put in your weekly shopping list, and it spits out two lists showing which you should buy at Coles and which at Woolies to get the cheapest shop possible. Real savings for shoppers, which can only come out of supermarkets' profits.
