Mate I worked for $13 per hour back in 2009. I was happy to have a job in the GFC era. Didn't need a bonus. I worked periods in consulting where I didnt get a cent in bonus. Seems like part of this woke victim mindset, which personally I've never subscribed to. I worked my way to the top.
