DCA Group is considering a range of options, including floating a property trust holding its aged care assets, as a means of raising $A250m. DCA operates aged care facilities and radiology centres across Australasia. According to analysts, a DCA property trust could potentially have a market capitalisation of between $A200m and $A300m. The market would likely reward a DCA property trust float. The group's shares have fallen by 40 per cent since early May 2006. The stock closed steady at $A2.41 on 28 July.
