If you aren't interested in holding the stock anymore then sell it.
I cant believe anyone would expect a process like this to happen overnight.
If you have read the announcements and followed the fact trail things are looking well set up, but like all things speculative there is a chance it may all not go through.
If you are willing to invest money in the first place then you must have patience with it.
