Simple economics from my perspective - when the funding to develop the port is in place, no doubt provided by a JTC (some names have been put forward on that front) who will guarantee to buy the product at a defined price, then the share price should rise (hopefully) to a value implied within the PFS detail.....well I think it's simple anyway! :-)
