Chinese SOE are not buying into major Iron Ore projects at this time until the new leadership in China settles in. That will take some time.
Existing project are still getting SOE support but new ones seem to be off their horizon at this time. Only small players are still interested but they don't have the funds to move a major project forward.
Whoever is selling in reasonable numbers is pushing the stock down.
Could it be a major shareholder who is in the know?
