Yes - that could well be the case. I agree that BIT can no longer blame the labs for delays. In fact, the rhetoric from BIT have changed (from the Dec announcement) that would further indicate the results are in BIT's possession.

In fact, the quarterly report stated that they were "finalising" data analysis of the trial data and were undertaking "post trial activities". That would seem to indicate that the trial results have been received by BIT.

I am assuming that the labs have been asked to do additional work on the data. As I have said previously, that extra work only comes about if there are anomalies with the original data results.

I would suggest that holders should be putting some pressure on the BOD for some answers now. BIT made some very optimistic claims about the potential of these trial results - question is whether they can deliver. They need to be upfront and transparent now.
