The issue is getting a honest/ stable JV partner.

If such a partner were secured and they stumped up 1/2 the costs for half the equity in CSE, the result would add value to each CSE share on issue.

There seem to be a couple of KZL sharegolders that feel we should give our assets away as KZL have had a hard time recently (like everyone else). The result for KZL is obvious as you could see the 8% rise in their SP. I also take unbrage at the term used by Kim; ''merger'', this is a hostile takeover.

As was the case a couple of years ago, CSE was valued by the market on more favourable terms and banks lent money, chances are it will swing back that way in 12-24 months.

CSE doesn't need KZL, this is a time issue. Maybe KZL need to deal with CSE on a more honest/ constructive basis than trying to rip eveyone off.
