Does that statement have any point whatsoever?. KZL shareholders want it for free, CSE shareholders dont - but isnt that obvious?

Whats important here is what is 'realistic'. 11c isnt realistic, no matter how many group hugs KZL shareholders manage. The question that should be asked is, 'having offered 11c, is there a good chance that shareholders of CSE will accept 11 cents because it is such a brilliant and fantastic offer over and above what CSE could manage on its own?', the answer from most CSE shareholders i would suspect is 'NO'. The fact that currently the stock is trading at 13cents (18%!! above offer), shows that its not just shareholders who think that.
