err 40% premium? I don't think so...as they say its 40% premium to 90 days average weighted price.

Closing SP is 9.5c yesterday, so in REALITY the premium is only 16.6%.

I am not a holder personally, but I do hope Tom tells them to nick off. Very opportunistic in a time of rising copper prices.

I am an interested spectator though as CSE holds around 9M SYR shares, which is around 26% of SYR issued capital...and I am a large holder of SYR shares, so interested in what will happen with those shares as I would be keen to get some more cheaply if they were to be offloaded.
