Announcement today. Ahead of schedule. Was originally going to start rig rolling and setup 5Jan and then spud 5 days later.

Rawson Resources Limited CSG Drilling Rrogram

Rawson Resources Limited (‘Rawson’, ASX code RAW) wishes to advise that it
has been advised by the operator, TRUenergy (Qld) that the commencement of the first
well of the five well Coal Seam Gas drilling (CSG) program is scheduled to spud on Wednesday 7th January 2009, subject to an inspection of the rig.
The recent wet weather in the area has resulted in commencing the drilling at the WSNB-3 location rather than the proposed WSNB-1 location, as shown on the two maps below.
