    big seller of LRC just moved in at 1.9c

    520 shares in LRC equals 1 KCN share under the proposed merger so this is a cheap entry into Kingsgate fwiw.

    KCN trading at $10.65 which is just over 2c per LRC share

    Seller of LRC is at 1.9c making a nice arbitrage play
