Beammeup, when the RMS share price was $2 there were about half the shares on issue. RMS have diluted their stock and are paying for it.
Having said that, many of the stocks I own have a similar story to tell re: their current valuation. The market is either historically cheap based on asset/cash valuations or there has been a change in the way we asses stock values. Could there be a sense of foreboding going forward that is keeping people in cash? Seems to me that there is no appetite for shares in many juniors at any price. And this will only change when the general market sentiment turns from bearish to bullish. 2010 does not look like the year that is going to happen.
