First "trial" heap leach will be 5,000 tonnes at 4.6 g/t au. Assume that recovers 700 ounces over three months. My guesstimate is that the very high grade will generate an OPEX of around $1500 per ounce for free cash flow of $1500 per ounce x 700 ounces = $1,050,000 of free cash flow. Generated within three months of heap leach completion. Say next six months. Then increased to 50,000 tonnes at 2.4 g/t au ? for 3,600 ounces ay OPEX of $2000 for free cash flow of $3,600,000 over following 12 months. Assume REZ will collect at least $2,300,000 in free cash flow??
