Peter, I dont think the 21 day invoice period will matter in the slightest. What matters much more is the knowledge that ady will go to 12c when the loan is repaid (as has been demonstrated by the recent rally). I also expect the repayment timing to be a bit leaky. So don't be surprised to see someone buying big chunks at opportunist times.
So being IN is not a risk here. Being OUT is the big risk here. Because you could miss the announcement. Those out are are only looking to get back in. That, together with those in the know, will make the stock pretty buoyant I reckon.
So we are all waiting on PT to announce the funding. Do a question of if. Only a question of when?
