    Bought in today at 81.5c.

    PE ratio is less than 10.

    Dividend yield exceeds 10%.

    Price-to-book value ratio is less than 1. Implies you pay less than $1 for $1 of its book value.

    Sounds like a Warren Buffett thing to do.

    Let's see how it holds up.
