    So thier telling us that the plant is worth $125mill new, yet the whole company is now valued at under $90mill?
    Okay, it's a used plant (under 5years of running), so therefore if someone's chasing a newish plant, they may aswell buy the entire company and get a decent chunk of land thrown in.
