Just a few things that come to mind:
Have you changed brokers recently? Holding might be on another account?
Did you pay via Bpay? Might want to check and see if they received it or the Bpay transaction was done correctly.
If not they'll be sending you the refund in due course.
Contacting Computershare is probably the best bet though.
