Not as cheap as the free ones which original holders would have likely got in the float.
It looks like a great arbitrage opportunity, whether or not this happens is another story.
What about the technology is it as good as it reads? Competition, intellectual property theft, are these going to be issues going forward. Can they market the product? Everything else sounds good.
