Thanks Marwoode, The reasoning in the Fin Review was that as the deal has a way to go it was likely that the condition would be waived. I think it will be also, not because of that, but because both Boards seem to be totally committed to the merger. Once a Board gets emotionally committed, it's hard to turn that emotion around.
