Hi Tibbs,
I highly recommend stop losses for all stocks especially the volatile spec stocks.
You just need to make sure that there is enough space for the volatility where as with the blue chips the stops can be a bit tighter.
No stop loss always equals a loss.
It's always a good thing to be stopped out for a profit rather than have a forced sell for a loss and people can always get back in at the right time again if the stock is still worthy.
