In its previous life it raised millions on the basis that it would drill and never did ...substantially due to the fact that it undertook INADEQUATE due diligence prior to raising all those millions.
All the last quarter said in essence is that it was looking at a number of opportunities.....what else would they say.....and why did it take so long to determine the land issue in the U.S.
