Finally a post on the PVL thread!
At 6.5c per share PVL actually has a negative EV of $2.4m. $4.2m market cap with $3.1m cash and $3.5m investments (allowing for NZD fx and the recent sale).
The management clear-out is good news and the new Investment Committee members & management appointments certainly have impressive CV's. Good to see Brendan is also a substantial shareholder and the team are taking part shares instead of just all cash for wages.
10.5c per share and the EV would be just over zero....
