Agree mate,
going forward the AUD is forcast to drop a lot lower in the medium term, so I feel we will look even cheaper to any US entity.
I don't see a cheap T/O due to our current T20 and cheap for me would be 1.5B USD.
A question I have for the statisticians is re T/O offers, in the ASX. Have there been any deals completed at 4x the targets MC in years gone by.
The reason for this question is that WP on a few occasions over the last 2 yrs has stipulated that we need to move the SP up to a representative price and that would occur over time and that the period post the EFS results has traditionally lead to T/O action in other situations.
Now we have achieved so much and are hitting milestones, the time lines have always moved to the right so I always add months to any projections to avoid disappointment, however dilution is my concern at this time as the SP has not moved up on fantastic reported resilts which puts so much pressure on 1 or 2 pivotal announcements to carry us up the stated fair M C of circa 900m usd.
