    I have long disappointed the expectations of others.
    A fixed takeover offer at a jump up from the prevailing sp differs from say a rapidly rising share price, and in any case, even if the non so subtle difference is lost upon you, your opinion of any decision that I might make is absolutely immaterial to me.
