I dunno why an acquisition is the be all end all outcome. For argument sake, we SHs currently value our company say 10x current market cap. A competitor can't go to it's board and sell the idea of paying 10x current MC but they can structure a partnership that might value our company 10x but in upfronts and milestone payments over X years.

I was all for going it alone but our funding positions opens us up to shenanigans. I simply hate being played. Who wouldve thought we'd be looking at $19 at the tail end of 2023.
