Thanks for the details. You probably realise that Tawaf resigned in December and remains as a "senior executive"......so perhaps he's taking the cash for an interest in some other business opportunity.
I'm leaning towards things being OK with NTG, due to the buying of Fraid. Of course that's no guarantee but does seem relitively positive to me for the future direction of the company.
