I'm guessing they want the money before the completion of the Rights Issue because they possibly want to get the proposed mobile section of the business up and running ASAP.

Also, to put things in a clearer light, NTG's market cap. is almost that of CAG, even with the Right's Issue stock included. What revenue had CAG ever produced? To me, this has been oversold and should recover.

With a director buying up big over the past few weeks, he's either a fool or has faith in the company, for now I'll pick the latter.

As usual, time will tell.
