Is it really cheap? If they keep issuing shares the way they are. They will fall further in the short term.
Also the China plant isn’t approved yet according to the proper gander from management till August at the soonest. So whats the money for now???? (placement dated 1/4/2005 20,000,000 shares). Have they got hidden money issues ?
