AVZ will not be taken over by a Chinese related company.....FIRB have already ruled on that and wont allow more than 10% to be held. If they try and do surreptitiously by building a position under a number of entities, then FIRB and ASIC would take futher action and relieve them of any aggregate holding above 10%. Nige is all over this and its a non issue. Nige will not allow another company to have a Director on the BoD for this reason and thats why Huayou Director was diluted off the BoD.
