Another party would need to build a position in AVZ that is over 10% and large enough to demand a seat on the BoD…..and Nige won’t let that happen and neither will FIRB if it is not from a country aligned to Australia’s critical minerals future needs and partners alignment……you know what that means. Nige has just stated lots in the interview…...which looks like it was updated via conference call today….so is up to date. Watch the YouTube link…it gives Nigel’s statement clearing up ownership speculation and he states their will be an update on ownership next Tuesday at the Mining121 Conference in Capetown. To answer more generally…..AVZ will not be taken over on the cheap…..Nige stated in the interview there is no exit plan….only plan is to grow AVZ into a global company on the base that Manono gives….and that is consistent with what he has told large investors at meetings over the last few years.

actually Id say the FIRB has no say over dathcom ownership, correct? and they can purchase part of AVZ which puts pressure on who is on the board, forcing sale of Dathcom
