    They would need to purchase enough shares in AVZ to have a majority vote to sway AVZ's voting power to suit their needs, say 51% of AVZ shares...

    Imagine a if they tried doing this and lost because the difference in votes was all the freebies the BOD got awarded for meeting low performance targets over the years.
