Do you guys know what you are talking about?

We start interpreting the chart from the highpoint in Jul 07 because we can assume there was a shake-out of prior resistance points leading up to high point.

Then we look for points (usually more than one at the same value) where there was a ceiling or trough.

Then we look at the volume at those points and the time since those points to get some idea whose probably holding and likely to exercise their holding when the stock recovers.

As I said, the key points are (were) at 16.5, 23.0, and 27.0 cents, but the volume associated with these points was nothing remarkable. At 33c-35c we see some real volume so we can expect those who have held this stock having bought at that level will think of clearing out and so sell into any rise.

There it is, as basic as charting can get, sans announcements of coourse.
