I think the ACCC will allow the decision, in which case, the SP should really rocket.
Now is the time to grab some if you're betting on the decision going through. I'm back in, have averaged down all through the $11 range, and its starting to bounce back now. It was driven down very hard by bots (institutions).
Worst case scenario, and they will announce a good dividend for Feb 2010, as they're all cashed up after huge profits from first half of the year.
