    Yeah, I bought it at flaot, only 5K (but I Only have a small portfolio), Its been dissapointing so far though the dividend promises of 7.5c this year and 8.5c next year have kept me in it. being property (and with the current market) I'm not expecting it to rocket any time soon, but hopefully it will slowly build into a solid price
