    $4 million + Biometrics company BQT Solutions Ltd (formerly Banque-Tec Ltd) has been awarded a major project
    in the Middle East with an estimated value to BQT of $4 million involving the upgrade of security at a large telecommunications company.

    Anyone have any ideas as to which company this is?
