yeah, but I remember when it was much more difficult to get money when I first arrived in Sydney from NZ in the early 80s you had to have had an account with the particular lending institution for several years and a huge deposit we are spoilt in Australia I want to buy in Thailand but there also you need to bring in all the money first but you can get a loan on the property afterwards I am told Cheers
