Investors have loaned money for property and when interest rates crawl up, no renters can be found, or we follow into a deflationary spiral the property market will go down like a bag of spuds.

Remember the Nasdaq crash? Property will go the same way, people have bought to make gains, the gains are not coming, last one out turn off the lights.
