Thanks Zmemed for your reply.....I am watching coastal real estate really moving along quite strongly...Its is hard to get good data and seems to be a worldwide weight of monet pushing warm coastal areas....Long term trend say next ten years defineitly appears to be up....Even in third world type tropical locations....But mixed in with building industry building for the building industry and other much younger investors looking fo capital gains and tax releif, I am finding it difficult to predict where it is going....
