Where have they dropped 20% in the last week SBJ? Was it more than one house? I find it highly unlikely you could back that up with anything. It takes a month usually for a housing purchase/sale to go through. I tend to agree with zmemed in a way. Not all housing prices are ridiculous, just most, especially the upmarket homes. The more you paid the more you stand to lose.
